this week we were lucky enough to welcome our dear friend (and theo's godmother), angie, to stay with us for a week while she did training for her new job (as an MT with the same company i work for). thank goodness she is a flexible and patient gal and fit in quite nicely with the active pace at our house despite her pregnant state! we LOVED having her here--theo made pumpkin cupcakes for her birthday and we had a little party, and she also partook in the halloween activities. as you can see, we also did a little babywearing 101 in preparation for the arrival of their little one. thanks, kurt, for loaning her to us--we are so sad to see her go!

you betcha! (now weidemann)--she lives, of all places, in hawkeye iowa! if it weren't so far away (and contain 500 people), i swear mike would be trying to move us there for address labels alone...
