before the legions of aunties start calling in horror, i must say that no one loves theo's curls and shaggy hair cut more than me (after all, the curls are the only visible feature that tie the kid to me!)--but it was sooooo getting in his eyes and without the humidity to boost that curl, he was starting to look, well, like he was growing several ineffectual rat tails at once. so we gave it a bit of a trim yesterday--he wouldn't smile well for the picture, but it really does look nice. just think of it as a start over on the shag.
